Perform with normal resistance first. The spice it up, add variable resistance. You will see how tough it is. It's effective when you get in battle.
1. Grab two heavy dumbbells or any loaded carry apparatus of your choice.
2. Grab two Kettlebells or Plates.
3. Double wrap the resistance bands around the Kettlebells handles or Plates.
4. Have the bands in your hands while picking up the dumbbells.
5. Start walking.
