Varsity basketball athlete going through some glute activiation drills as a pregame warmup. As we know the walking glute activation drills enhances the greater glute medius and glute maximus activation depending on where you place the band. However, either way you look at it, these are a great warmup drill for any athlete. I wanted to change this drill up by adding some passes againast the wall to get the athlete's upperbody warm for effecient passees in the game. The athlete mentioned this really helped him.
